Estuvimos 3 noches y es un excelente alojamiento. Habitación limpia y bien calefaccionada (fue la habitación 10). En la web del hotel están las fotos de cada habitación y la verdad la nuestra estaba tal cual la foto. Se agradece porque muchas veces no es así. Si bien el baño es compartido hay bastantes y nunca tuvimos que esperar.La ubicación es perfecta, y accesible al transporte para ir a cualquier sitio.Todo esto basándome en la relación calidad precio. He estado en alojamientos en Londres mucho más caros e infinitamente peores.Por lo que lo recomiendo 100%.

Exactly as stated, very clean, friendly welcome etc. only complaint was the freezing cold shower, tried both upper bathrooms, same in each. If this was fixed I’d consider staying again.

The bath water was warm and perfect. However, there was no hot water for five days from the 22nd. The shower room was heated, had a window, and had hot water. However, hot water was leaking from the hose, the amount of water was small, and the temperature of the water could not be adjusted.I used the washing machine twice. It was very easy to use, but I think it would be more convenient if there was a washer/dryer, even if it was paid.The closet in the room was simple, functional, and easy to use. I slept well on the comfortable bed and high-quality comforter.There are many restaurants around the hotel, and transportation is convenient. I was able to spend two comfortable weeks at this hotel.Thank you so much!

Monopoly Accomodations offers a very favourable benefit-cost ratio: It still lies in the London Central (Zone 1), is only an 8 min walk to Liverpool Street or 10min to the Tower of London, but very cheap. At the same time the room and bathrooms are completely renovated and modern. In front of monopoly accommodation there’s an amazing food market. We think we’ll come again.

Room and facilities are standard only, though the room size is good. It comes with an attached toilet and bathroom, but coffee maker, mineral water etc which are standards now in hospitality industry, are not provided. A lot of stairs up & down for the Room 17, they dont have a lift and those who are senior citizens and/or carrying heavy baggage/s, its a strict 'No No' for them. No Services to be expected as well.

I was expecting a terrible experience, being used to London's average quality/price ratio. What I found was a comfortable bed in a clean room, with a clean shared bathroom.Would definitely recommend over literally any budget accommodation.

Very friendly and informative check in staff. Check in was super easy, just note, depending on room there are lots of stairs which were more than okay to navigate. Clean and tidy room, with all basic needs inside. Shared bathroom also very clean (we had an issue either not hot water which was communicated as soon as we got here and the next shared bathroom wasn’t far away). Felt safe on top floor and would stay again.

I needed a room to crash for a night that was close to my office for a work social event and found this place. From the front there is only a door between two businesses so had to circle back to find it, initially. The staff member I net was polite and friendly and showed me to the room and gave me the details I needed. The price was really reasonable and the room was clean and a bit bigger than I expected.Only constructive feedbackbis that the shower was tricky to get to a comfortable temperature. The shared bathroom itself was clean and always available when I needed it.Would stay again.

The room and bathroom were both very clean and overall nice. The staff was very kind and let us check in early too so even more points for that :) the stay was very pleasant and I would happily stay again!

My girlfriend and i were visiting London and we booked our stay at Monopoly Accommodations, and we were happy we did! The staff are friendly and the room were perfect for our needs. Close to a couple of Underground stations and in a really cool neighborhood! Definitely coming back!

A hidden gem in a very pleasant discovering neighborhood , very simple and clean,nice hospitality. They try to accommodate the best way they can.

Bedroom was spacious, clean, and well aerated.Shared bathrooms were all maintained to a pristine state, so there was no issue with using them other than having to step outside your own room. There was also enough bathrooms that if one was busy, you could just find another without having to wait.Excellent wifi

Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to Aldgate underground so easy to get around London and 10 minute walk to Brick Lane for fantastic restaurant choices. Even though there is a great, fully equipped kitchen my wife is a coffee addict so would have liked a kettle in the room (we were in the room with a private bathroom), not a big deal we will bring a travel kettle next time.

O pop refectory location in financial district of london. Easy to walk everywhere or take train to airport or anywhere else in london. Great restraunts and sites within a 1 to 2 km walk

the room was clean and cozy, it was a perfect place to stay at when going to London for a few days. hotel was close to the centre. public transport was easy and close by. i enjoyed my stay here

The staff was lovely and let me check in upon arrival though a bit early.Very accommodating as I had a lot of luggage and they put me on a lower floor than the original plan.

Overall my stay was pretty great. The location was fantastic and it was a very relaxed vibe. My only complaint is the towels were kind of dirty but otherwise everything else was clean and the bathrooms were maintained daily. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The location with some near options of transport, many options to buy food and supermarkets. Monopoly Accommodations were better than I thought it can be… don’t doubt to stay here when you visit London.

Staff was welcoming, allowed us to store our bags before checkin and after checkout, very friendly. Room was cozy, had a kitchen and washer as well. Very clean bathrooms and excellent location.

Apartment was small but very clean bathroom very clean and renovated ( en suite bathroom) the bed was ok however the mattress not too comfy but ok. Service was good and everything was explained. So it's a small doorway a short walk from Liverpool street with a warren of rooms .My only gripe was the locks on the doors with a long code can't it be 4 digits ?The room has a shared bath but was very clean and really for budget price suited what I wanted

The place was clean and quiet. The staff working while we were there was very friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom looked like it was clean daily. The location near central London was definitely a plus. Having to share bathrooms is inconvenient however during my stay no one else was using the bathroom on the floor I stayed on so no issues.

This apartment is ideal for a London stay! Even though it is in a vibrant area of London, it is tucked in well and quiet at night. Apartment is well decorated and the bed is comfy. Would like to have some cups available in the room.

The apartment is small but clean. Also the bathroom was very clean. We found it less pleasant to share the kitchen because everyone uses the same stuff. The apartment is very close to the underground!The hostess could have been a little bit more enthusiastic. But beside that we had a great stay!

A lively part of East London very close to Brick Lane which is great for dinner time. The place is great value for money in London and there is a street food stall right outside too.

Great value for money and would highly recommend. The room was impeccable and spacious. My only criticism was that the WiFi would not connect from my room however it didn't really hinder me and I'm sure if I wanted it looking at it would have been sorted.

I was in two minds when I booked this.After seeing many other 'budget' hotels chargingridiculous prices I booked Monopoly.It was basic, but it was clean, secure and gave me what I needed for a place to crash for the night.The bathroom facilities were decent (just remember to bring your shower gel) and the bed was probably the most comfortable I've had in a hotel for many years.Wifi was good too.I would recommend and I would use this place again in the future.

My stay was good. The bed was comfortable. I think the netting in my room should be replaced, they were torn and stained. Also it would be more accomodating if the check in hours were longer. I tried to call the contact number numerous times but no one answered.

I travel quite a bit; finding a good budget accomodation is not easy these days. Monopoly was the exception. Francesco communicated well throughout. My room was clean and comfortable; great mattress and soft cotton sheets. The bathrooms (many) were newly renovated and very clean. The area was safe and had many restaurants and easy access to transportation. Monopoly is an excellent value in a city that is too often extremely expensive. I was very happy with my stay and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Ein und auschecken hat wunderbar geklappt und für unsere Zwecke (nur zum Schlafen) völlig ausreichend. Betten sind 140-160x200 kann man zu zweit drin schlafen... Ansonsten etwas in die Jahre gekommen ein paar abplatzungen von Farbe an den Fensterrahmen und Flecken auf den typischen Flur Teppichen aber ich habe schon viel schlimmere Übernachtungen in London gehabt... Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Ich kann Monopoly nur empfehlen.Es ist sauber und zentral.Zudem hat man seine Privatsphäre und hört kaum jemanden.

I stayed in the double bedroom and the room was in excellent condition.Clean linen, clean bathroom, loads of space, perfect workstation and access to multiple plug points including USB.Best part it was around the corner from my work at Devonshire Square!

The location of the Accomodation was amazing. one could easily get to Liverpool station in 5minutes. the toilets are shared but clean and the rooms are a bit small, but clean as well.

Close to the underground, easy to get to and from although a bit hard to find the door in between the market-stalls when they are up.Fairly clean. Nice that there was a kitchen with a fridge.Good that we were able to store our luggage before and after our stay.Maybe not enough with two bathrooms for all the rooms. The room closest to the kitchen was quite noisy both in the night (because it was towards a street) and in the morning when people started making breakfast.

Excellent value for a good quality property in such a central location.Shared bathroom might put some people off but it wasn’t an issue at all for me, only one other room on the floor sharing this bathroom. Was noisy at night from street noise. No lift so you have to be prepared to carry luggage up several flights of steep stairs

My wife and I booked a double bed room with a shared bathroom. It was nice and clean, we were well greeted and all in all a very good experience. Close enough to central London to walk anywhere and the area felt safe both day and night. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't mind sharing a bathroom; I doubt you will find better value for money elsewhere in Central London.

Stayed here as I needed somewhere walking distance of Liverpool Street Station to rest up for one night.This place is ideal for that.Clean and simple room, no frills but perfectly adequate.Could do with better sound proofing between rooms as you do hear a lot of noise from other guests. If I needed a cheap short stay place central to the city I would stay again.

Great for the price, nothing ott but neat, clean bed, nice bathrooms, calm. Warning - lots of stairs. Incredible location and fully worth what I paid, was ideal really.

Very basic but good value for money accommodation. Very central, really convenient location. Easy check in/out process. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and all areas were clean. Good shower pressure. Couldn't have expected anything more for the very reasonable price.

Super close to liverpool street station and everything in shoreditch, comfortable bed, no street noise, super clean and bedding etc all seemed brand new etc.Shared bathroom with your level but super clean and modern.Quite a lot stairs so for anyone with mobility issues maybe ask in advance to get a lower level room.

Located 15 mins walk from Spitalgate markets and Liverpool Street Train station , and 15 min walk from Shoreditch/Hoxton bars and restaurants, and the Tower of London in the other direction. Comfortable quiet very clean room, which had a shared bathroom with one other room so no queues. Note - stairs only to upper floors if you have mobility issues. Friendly staff, would highly recommend.

I was furious when I first arrived the place. Was a bit of walk from the station and the place was a bit hard to find. The accommodation Didn’t look so good from outside. However, it was very clean and comfortable inside, including the room and bathroom. There was a TV, clothes hanger, etc. I can tell the staff takes care of the place well. Only disappointment was that even if it said “breakfast included” when I booked the room on the website, the kitchen was closed and they didn’t offer breakfast. I hope I knew it prior to it as i May have booked another place which is cheaper without breakfast if I knew this. They should change the information or let the customers know ahead at least. Anyway, overall, the stay was ok. If you’re only looking for a clean place then go for it.

Le monopoly accomodation est idéalement situé. Près de la gare de Liverpool street, du métro et des bus 24h .La chambre est propre, insonorisée et spacieuse . La Salle de bain est également spacieuse et propre .L'accueil est chaleureux, on peut arriver et laisser nos bagages le temps que la chambre soit prête, Il y a une terrasse très sympa pour fumer, et une cuisine fournie à disposition, dans laquelle est servie le PDJ ( café, choco, thé, pain, beurre, confiture, nutel ..) .Le quartier est sympa, plein de restaurant et de magasins, et un super marché le vendredi et le dimanche !! On recommande :)

Just perfect, we had a fantastic stay!My sister and I wanted to stay in Shoreditch, so the location is ideal.Our room 14 had a beautiful big window, enough space for our stuff and a comfy ca. 1,40 bed, even a TV set.The bathrooms are shared by only 2-3 rooms, so we never had to wait in front. They are VERY clean.The 2 kitchens can be used anytime and during our stay they were always empty, not many guests are cooking I guess. The breakfast was instant coffee, milk, tea, cornflakes, toast, margarine, jams. Enough for a start into the city.Our host was really really friendly and let us store our baggage until 5pm.Thank you so much, what a hidden gem!

It was a good clean apartment in a great location, the only negatives were the TV wasn't working and I was right next to the main door so it slammed when anyone came in. But it was fine

Firm beds. Comfortable. Quiet (I stayed Thursday night so mid-week). Good location for access to central London - tube, DLR + train stations within 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants in the area, although it's a business area so don't expect great bars + clubs.

Não tive uma experiência legal no Monopoly accomodations. Apesar de bem localizado (próximo as linhas de metro e de trem - aldgate east e liverpool street) a acomodação não é das mais limpas, pois durante os quatro dias que fiquei na acomodação ninguém apareceu para trocar as toalhas, nem mesmo a toalha que ficava no banheiro de uso comum foi trocada nesse período. O quarto é ok. O café a manhã, como outros comentaram, é bem simples com pão, manteiga, nutella, leite, café e chá. Você mesmo prepara o café e depois organiza o que sujou, até aí tudo bem, o problema é que são 5 banquetas para muitos quartos, então tem que evitar os horários mais concorridos, o mesmo acontece para o banho de manhã ou a tarde. Enfim, sugiro que se for optar por essa acomodação, seja por poucos dias.

This place was amazing! New furnishings, loved having a laundry machine (washer only) and nice kitchen! Also, the staff was very nice and helped me book an extra night when my eurostar was cancelled.

The hotel is within walking distance of main Underground stations. The room was clean and I had good space for all my things. It was also good to be able to wash clothes and to leave food at the refrigerator to. complement the breakfast.Áreas for improvement: the bathroom with the tub needs a safety tailor handle to get in and out, I also recommend for safety to have a towel rug on the for PO prevent falls.The digital door system to enter the rooms may be a bit noisy for the people sleeping.Other than that, everything was great.

The room number 9 I had was very very clean. All the toiled at each floors as well extremely clean. The location from the outside and the street looks not that good but you are next to Liverpool station and a 10 minutes walk from the center. Only one downside, if people are going up and down the stairs, even at the last floor you hear very loud. You don’t eat the cars outside but the people moving up and down. Maybe a feedback could be to build better isolated door. All in all a great place to stay

The hotel has everything what you need for visiting London for a few days . Comfortable room, comfortable Wc and also comfortable kitchen. It’ in zone 1 and very close to aldgate east underground station (5 minutes by walk). From there you can move wherever.

Monopoly Accommodations is a confortable and homey. Everything worked out very well, the bathrooms and the kitchen very clean and well equipped. Very near to the tube station and well connected.

The situation of the hotel is very convenient et very nearfrom the subway. The room was clean, and the bed was very confortable and it was very quiet. The bathroom and wc are out of the bedroom but it was clean. The breakfast is simple, bread and jam, coffee, tea or chocolate. So Staying is this hotel made the 4 days trip in London a good value.

Un agréable séjour dans un superbe hébergement. La chambre était impeccable et la salle de bain aussi (partage avec à deux) la cuisine très bien équipée avec possibilité de cuisiner. Une situation idéale à deux pas de la city et de Liverpool station, qui dessert les principaux lieux à visiter et où le stanted express arrive. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !!!

Very well located near Liverpool street satation, clean and functional accommodation. Francesco the manager is here to help and explain things. The self service kitchen is great, as it feels like home. The junior suite was great, very quiet and comfy.I would certainely recommend the place !

This place was perfect for a single female traveler. I chose an en suite room, check-in was a breeze, and never needed to contact anyone again. Wonderful hot water and very clear, even if the room itself was a little rough around the edges with some minor repairs needed. Loved being right in the center of Petticoat Lane Market, close to several tube lines and the Tower of London. Would recommend to all budge travelers!

It has a common kitchen and washing machine (which was useful since I was on the road for 2 weeks)3. Loved the accommodation here, really well located with good amenities. I really liked the kitchen area. Friendly helpful staff, free Wifi and even though our room looked over the street, the noise was minimal. The room was on the small side, it was comfortable and fine for our needs.

It has been really nice staying in the Monopoly Accomodations in London. The small hotel is a great opportunity to explore London while living extremely close to the center and the Liverpool Street Station. Rooms, Bathrooms and the kitchen provided are tidy and clean. Moreover, the Wifi is good and a small but handy breakfast is for guests to use.The best thing is that the check-in/out was very simple and did not take as much time as usual. Perfect for traveling a city!

The accomodation is located 8 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station in central London. Accomodation is basic but clean and modern. In my opinion is great for one night maximum two night stay. It has no lift so if you are disabled going up the narrow stairs with luggage may be an issue! Overall OK but breakfast is most disappointing. It’s non existing, only for tea, coffee toasted bread and cereal. Overall ok for one stay. It’s did the job. Staff are very helpful and nice.

I was only in monopoly accommodations for one night but Francesco who greeted me and my partner and checked us in was so polite and friendly. The rooms are pretty and have plenty of space and i appreciated having a kitchen where i could put my drinks in the fridge as it was the hottest day of the year and very difficult to keep drinks cold.

I have stayed here a few times and compared to london prices it is great value and a good location. Rooms are clean and warm. Reasonably basic but has everything you need. Use of the kitchen is brilliant. Showers are hot and towels and toiletries provided which is a nice touch.My only comments are that on booking.com it lists hair dryers as available in the rooms but they're not. Also a door handle on the inside of the door would be really useful as they are very difficult and heavy to open using the tiny little knob. Thanks.

Las zonas comunes siempre muy limpias y adecuadas, el almuerzo aunque sencillo siempre bien cubierto. Lo mejor de todo es q al poder utilizar la cocina, podías cocinar y evitarte alguna salida. El dormitorio correcto y amplio. Al lado de la city, y muy bien ubicado con 3 estaciones de metro al lado. Y la estación que va a Stansted. Volveríamos a cogerlo sin pensar.

Nous sommes restés 8 nuits à cet hôtel. Nous étions dans le nouveau bâtiment. Les pièces sont d’une propreté impeccable. Les salles de bain était habituellement disponibles. l’insonorité est correcte mais la rue peut être bruyante, les bouchons d’oreilles sont à prévoir. Il n’y a que deux places dans la cuisine. Une petite machine à laver dans un coin de la cuisine aurait été un atout. Mais pour le prix nous avons été très satisfaits

The staff were very nice and helpful and the location is extremely central even if the road it's on is a bit odd. The accommodation itself was not quite as nice as the photos made it seem, but it was all that I needed for one night of a conference. For the price and the location I would definitely stay here again.

I was travelling with my mum and we really enjoyed being in London. The accommodation has a perfect location and you can reach all sights easily and quickly. Room is small but everything there what you need. Very clean, also the bathrooms. Breakfast ok, not many options and breakfast room could be a little more cosy. Location is great, very near to Liverpool Station and Brick Lane... Very satisfied with all.

Service and welcome were great for my one night stay, room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean and tidy. Could be a little noisy so close to petticoat lane, but that’s London. Would certainly stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Monopoly .i thought it would be quite loud and noisy staying there but it wasnt and i slept really well. My room was really well decorated and comfy.

Was kind of worried being cheaper and shared bathroom but really impressed was so clean, modern and well maintained. Basic room could have done with extra pillows and walls quite thin but guests and staff were all amazing and suited us fir a sight seeing weekend

We are happy with our stay at the Monopoly accommodation both for its clean rooms and common spaces and its position near several underground stations which made our visits easy and comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone who is oriented in sightseeing. Also, the market on the same street is picturesque and the near markets - Spitafields and Brick lane are fantastic!

We enjoyed this place very much, for the easy access near the tube station, the walking distance to Bricklane Market and the Southbank area, and the warm welcome of the owner. Our room wasn't very (well, nothing strange for London!) but super comfortable and all the spaces well set. Very raccomended.

I would liké to express my concern about the fact that before taking the accommodation it was not specified that we cannot enter there after midnight.This was not the case as I could do it by charging an additional amount of 30 pounds.I would appreciate to have it clearly stated on the announcement and not to be trapped and in a big stress.This is not at all fair and correct.Thank you for taking this important fact into considération.Best regards

The girl at reception is absolutely lovely. I was lucky to have the most upstairs room so wasn't too bothered with the noise (which might be an issue for other rooms). Clean and cosy room, with window. Shared bathroom was clean. Perfect to just spend the night.

Rooms were very comfortable, everything was very clean, breakfast was very good. They allow you to use the kitchen during the whole day. Location was okay, not very close to the center but not far, well communicated.

Had a good nights stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for money when you consider other places in the city center. Breakfast was a bit basic. Also struggled to find the place because the sign above the front door is very small, had to walk up and down a few times first. Overall had a good stay!

Monopoly accomodation is the best bang for buck in London! The place is clean and comfy. Share bathrooms are clean and plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is the biggest win though, you in the heart of everything and can walk anywhere.

Modern furniture, but somebody should urgently do the dusting! Unfortunately there was no room cleaning during our 5 nights' stay and we had to ask for a fresh towel. Very quite and big room ("Deluxe Junior Suite"). Near by the Aldgate East Station and Liverpool Station. Limited breakfast range (toast and cereals) plus washing the dishes by ourselves. Plastic foil between mattress and linen caused sweating at night.

Due to the food market, we couldn't see the sign and walked past but Christian came to the rescue. He was incredibly polite and helpful! The room was very clean and we were grateful for the fan! The bathrooms were clean every time we went in. We were highly impressed!

At first I was hesitant about a shared bathroom, but just like the bedrooms they are exquisitely designed and kept really clean. HIdden gem if you ask me.

As a last minute booking, my room at the Monopoly Accomodations was everything I needed for the night. It was clean, tidy and within walking distance to either Liverpool Street Station or Aldgate. The only minor issue I would perhaps raise is the fact that the upstairs, shared bathroom had no running hot water coming through the hot water tap by the sink.

Die Lage ist super!! 4-6 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Station! Von da aus erreicht man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell! Einen Minus Punkt gibt es für das Zimmer, da wir nicht gut lüften konnten - Fenster war quasi an der Terasse und jeder hätte reingehen können.. aber ansonsten war es super :)

Muy buen lugar. La ubicación es excelente. Buen desayuno. Cómodo, buenas instalaciones, limpio. Lo mejor fue la atención del personal, muy amables. Lo malo es que cobran por hacer check in muy tarde incluso si se atrasa el vuelo y lo otro es que es shampoo y jabón que dan es para hombres, no es unisex.

Was greeted by Francesco who was really friendly and helpful. My room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen and bathroom were great and no-one else was around. Basics provided in the kitchen which was so welcome. Perfect location - really central. Although I was alone - I felt secure. Only thing is, due to location and closeness of rooms, there is some noise, which is completely expected so I just popped in some earplugs! Really comfortable bed!

Great location, you are very fast in the city and also the district whitchapel has a lot to offer. the bricklane with its street art is to walk in 5min to reach also the markets and food halls in the area are super. it was quite quiet, the rooms were clean and also the bathrooms were beautiful. we can only recommend it.

El alojamiento magnífico, la habitación está muy limpia, la cama es muy cómoda y está caliente porque la calefacción funciona muy bien por lo que no pasamos frío. La cocina y el baño muy limpios, no había problema en usarlos porque estaban siempre libres aunque fuesen compartidos, (que era el tema que más nos preocupaba). El desayuno que puedes prepararte tú mismo estaba bien( leche, mantequilla, varios tipos de pan, varios tipos de cereales, mermeladas, nutella y galletas).Los dos muchachos que nos recibieron muy amables y atentos, incluso cuando nos hizo falta imprimir el billete del aeropuerto nos hicieron el favor.Respecto a la situación, se encuentra perfectamente conectado de todo, a cinco minutos de una parada de metro dentro de la zona1(que es la masde barata para los billetes), y muchas paradas de buses, y está a 10 minutos andando del Londom Bridge, es decir, prácticamente céntrico.Repetiriamos aquí sin duda, y si alguien se está planteando elegir este alojamiento para Londres lo recomiendo.

Spent a sunday night here after a very busy day at Spitalfields and Brick lane markets which are on your doorstep. Aldgate tube (circle line) also 2 mins walk away. Stayed in Room 1. It was small and basic but was very clean and had an amazingly comfy bed. Usually dont book anywhere with shared bathroom but this wasnt a problem as only had to wait 5 mins once to get into the bathroom which again was immaculate as was the shared kitchen area. Both look like they have been recently refurbished to a high standard. Unlimited tea, coffee, hot choc, toast and cereal available for self serve in the kitchen too. Very pleased with this little find and will definately stay again. If you stay on a sunday you must try brick lane food market.....amazing food!

Das Zimmer war etwas klein jedoch völlig ausreichend, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab Handtücher und pflegeartikel. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin daher etwas lauter. Am besten war dass es so gut gelegen ist und wir überall schnell waren.

As a mature couple we would normally only stay in accommodation with bathrooms en suite. However, we found Monopoly Accomodation Wentworth Street to be very pleasant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We stayed four days and each morning met with other guests in the communal kitchen. We enjoyed the sense of community, the proximity to all local East End markets and attractions (and it is located right in the middle of Petticoat Lane Market) and the location near Tube stations (Aldgate East and Aldgate) and bus stops was ideal for us. We would certainly stay again when we are next visiting London.

The place is cleaned, the room 7 is small but fair enough for one night, bedroom on the street so a bit noisy but we are in town. Location is great, area is perfect for pubs and restaurants.I will recommend and will probably go back there.

We loved it here. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. For the price we were surprised just how comfortable and well kept the place was. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We can't recommend this place enough!

I am very satisfied. We were in the new building, only 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms so It was not a problem to get into bathroom. Kitchen was very nice, is it possible to buy food and leave it in a fridge. Both were cleaned every day.What I did not like was that rooms weren't cleaned at all. I had to ask the cleaning lady to hoover our room (she was very nice) and for clean towels. But the rooms were very nice (for 2 people meybe too small bed with one blanket)Breakfast was just fine - 2 types of bread, some cornflakes and butter, jams, nutella.I can recommend Monopoly accommodation!

We stayed in Monopoly Accommondation for 7 days and everything was great. We have had an issue with people who were living above us and they destroyed their room but they were told to leave the room and after that everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay and I have to tell that Francesco is taking good care of his guests. We really recommend it!!

It was not easy to find the naarow door in the busy street but when we arrived there was nice and helpful host showing us the romm and explaining a little even though we've been there earlier than expected. The room is very easy but acceptable for the price.

The room and bathroom were both very clean, and the team very friendly.We had a very pleasant stay!

This was already the best deal you could get for the area, but now they are even improving your stay by refurbishing their bathrooms. I have been coming here for more than 2 years and love staying here.

My accommodation was a single occupancy double room with shared bathroom.I wasn't expecting such a large room considering similar priced hotels in the area are about half the size.I don't mind sharing a shower-room (just like home really) and despite some reports of noise in other reviews, I had a good night's sleep - earplugs and eye masks provided.I especially liked the breakfasting area and being able to meet with fellow guests.Good value all round but might not suit those who like hotel chains rather than something a bit more personal.

I found this accommodation was practical as far as the room and terrace area.I enjoyed being able to visit with other travelers in the kitchen.You don't get that in a standard hotel setting.The location was very good for the tube, eating out and Liverpool station.I think some better directions could be given for the station.The limitation was the bathroom situation.There were so many people using the bathroom we weren't able to have access.I would stay there again if I were to visit London because i know they were fixing up another bathroom.

We enjoyed the two bedroom suite we rented, it was ideal for the 5 of us, and a great deal nicer than staying in separate hotel rooms.Th elocation near the Liverpool St station was excellent for us, and there were good restaurants and interesting sites in teh neighbourhood.We enjoyed the slightly eccentric attendees of the Spitalsfield market nearby, and the access to subway lines, bus tours and transport to Stansted airport.The staff were very helpful and accommodating.The location was safe and interesting.

We rented an apartment for our stay in London and we are happy we chose Monopoly.The area is quite central, within easy access to the main transport to move around and quiet at night. The double bed was comfortable and the apartment was well equipped in general. We missed a little more light in the bathroom, a couple light bulbs were not working and although the bathroom is small and very basic (more than you would expect from the photos) the water pressure in the shower is good. Francesco was very kind and made everything easy for us.

I am satisfied with monopolly acomodation, it was near allmost everything i wanted to see and near the underground. I was very well treated, just have a hard time to find the spons and knifes in the kitchen..

I'd recommend staying here if you want something more relaxed than a hotel, at a fair price. I would warn people that there are a lot of stairs, if that's a problem then mention it before you book, we were a very long climb from the kitchen. The staff were very welcoming, good WiFi, and very clean.

Warm and comfortable bed, secure accommodation - and free breakfast! A 'no frills' central accom option that's perfect if like me you just needed somewhere to get a good night's rest before a busy day out and about. Met some lovely fellow guests in the kitchen - everyone from tourists to locals and business people. And the host Francesco was welcoming and great at explaining everything I needed to know.

Want to save on your business trip to the city? Look no further, this is the spot. With a 5 minute walk to Liverpoolstreet, Fenchurchstreet and Towergateway, this accommodation will allow you easy travel in from City Airport and into work. It isn't the same as a hotel, you have shared bathrooms and kitchens, but when you travel for business, do you really need a fancy stay? I've been coming here for 2 years and never regretted staying here.

Its a good place for a a few days affordable stay at a good location near the Liverpool street area. The rooms are really nice and the shared kitchen facility is convenient.

The hotel is at 10 minutes walking from Liverpool St Station and 5 minutes from Algate East Metro Station, so is great situated.The best of all no doubt was Francesco, He is a fantastic guy, that helps you whatever he can. Additionally the room was clean, normal size, not too big but either small also the safety is a good plus, there are cameras all along the corridors.It's a great place to sleep in London.In our opinion the best rooms were numbers 14 & 15, they are in a different floor with their own bathroom, numbers 11 to 13 are just below and have another bathroom but is shared with the rest of the rooms. We count 3 bathrooms at this part of the hotel.There are a new part of the hotel with new rooms that we hadn't can see.The worst for us were the pillows, it was like sleep over stones.

If you look for a budget place to stay with an easy way to get to central London, pic this one.Good for sleep and go arround.Well located, with access to underground that can go anywhere.The manager is very Nice and you Will feel at home.

Monopoly accomodations was a really good experience for a short stay in London!Facilities were good enough, and the italian guy who did the check-in with us (Francesco) was nice and efficient.The only "bad" thing was the noise at night sometimes (soundproofing was not that good between rooms) and orange juice would be good to have during breakfast (included in the price indeed).Finally, I would have prefer that they asked me first how I was intending to pay upon arrival instead of taking my money through my bank account (as this costs me extra money as banking fee).I would advise strongly this accommodation ;)

This is my favourite place when I'm comming to London. Near Liverpool Str Station and well connected.They give me all that I need, clean bedroom, tasty breakfast, fast internet... for a good price.

Superb location in the City of London near Aldgate station. Almost impossible to find the small entrance in between shops due to local legislation. Nice open kitchen to have breakfast.

Very nice place! It was difficult to find, but aftera while we found the door and Francesco the manager welcomed us. He is super kind and very serviceminded!! :) nice room, kitchen and bathroom fascilities :) the only thing to not like is that you can easily hear the other people living there. One couple startet their day at 4:15 am and woke us up.. but i guess this could happen anywhere :) i am very pleased with this stay :)And it is located a wonderful place :)

Das Zimmer war neu eingerichtet und sauber. Die Fenster sind nicht gut abgedichtet und daher hört man den Lärm der Straße sehr laut und es zieht. Jedoch mit Heizung trotzdem in Ordnung. Das Bett ist für 2 Personen gerade so ausreichend groß. Mülleimer wurde während 5 Tagen nicht geleert und auch die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Das Geschirr vom Frühstück muss man selbst abspülen. Für den günstigen Preis ist das jedoch trotzdem vollkommen in Ordnung!

Nice and clean, the apartments are new and comfortable. Whitechapel has a lot to offer and spitalfields old marked is great for a dinner or happy hour. You can walk to the tower bridge and Liverpool street. Recommended !

Good surprise! The hotel was in a new building, everything is new, the 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, the and the 6 rooms in the best neighborhood for restaurants and pubs (around shreditch). Such a warm welcome from the manager, when we arrive! Very nice little hotel for the price in london. Minus: the breakfast.. it's only some cereals, one choice of tea, and a bag of toasts with fake butter and littles jams. Not really what i'm expected for a continental breakfast ..

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben uns in diesem unkompliziert geführten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und gut durchorganisiert. Man darf allerdings nicht den Komfort eines richtigen Hotels erwarten. Man muss das kontinentale Frühstück mit Pulverkaffee oder Tee selbst zubereiten und auch selbst die Betten machen. Dafür wohnt man aber auch recht zentral und preisgünstig. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Good place to stay for a weekend in London. Very central place. The isolation is a bit to be desired (nothing that some earplugs do not resolve), good breakfast. Staff available and accessible. Good value for money.

Me and my friend stayed there for two nights. The location is perfect and the staffs are really nice. The place is equipped with everything you need. Most important of all, the room was clean, cozy, and big. If I have to point out what I dislike, I would say I hope we can have two keys for each of us; however, it's not really a big problem, just because we personally had difficulies having our free time for being unable to open the front door with only one key.

Everything was perfect from the bedroom to the shower room. I really recommend this hostel

We were guests in late July in an apartment of the structure that reflected exactly what we saw in the pictures on the web site. Clean and equipped with every comfort and with the right privacy for 6 people.Staff are present during the day, he was kind and helpful.The location is central, the limits of Zone 1, in a quiet street where on some days it plays a local market (at 17.00 is all finished and cleaned up).In 5 minutes walk there are two metro stations: Aldgate East and Liverpool Street and several bus lines to easily and quickly reach any point in London.

We were welcomed by Eleonora, a charming hostess who spoke French perfectly. The door entrance is small, quite unnoticeable at first in the street. But once you are inside, the hotel is quite nice and clean.the floor is carpeted, the room was cozy and large. I saw the advertisement pictures above but I must say, I didn'trecognize them anywhere. The concept of a hotel room with a shared bathroom and kitchen is new to me and I found itreally interesting to make myself my breakfast with the ingredients given in a locker with the number of my room on it. We were asked to clean what we used, which is normal. Everyone complied to the rules.I would highly recommend the hotel for people staying for a few days in London. You can cook, wash linen, have meals...the area is safe. Quite an excellent choice, I was there with my grandson and we were both satisfied.

Our family of 4 stayed at the monopoly apartments while on our trip. Not having been to london before i had no idea where was best to stay. Im glad we picked this place, it was clean and central to a lot of stores, pubs,train station and sights. I would recommend it

Clean, tidy and very nicely located. Francesco was very nice when welcoming us. Its pricey like everything in london but does the trick if you are in for a short stay and prefer to be near Brick Lane, Shoreditch, London Bridge,etc

We had a lovely weekend at Monopoly Accomodations! Because our flight was delayed we arrived in the middle of the night but someone waited for us to arrive and let us in (and was still very friendly!).The room looked very nice and everything was clean and tidy! They even had a little cupboard for every room in the kitchen with some cereals, Toast, marmelade and instant coffee and tea you could have for breakfast.The area was pretty nice and Liverpool Street Station not even a 10 min. walk away.We will definately stay again!

Nice clean newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Located close to Tower Bridge and plenty of restaurants around Brick Lane. Friendly staff although breakfast was a bit thin (missing juice and butter) not a big problem as there are several convenience stores around the corner. Good value for for the money.

I stayed in the apartment for one night. It was well equipped (fresh milk and butter in the fridge, private bathroom, full kitchen facilities, free wifi), though with some odd omissions (no teatowel?). I don't know what was in the hand soap container but it definitely wasn't soap! Water I think... And the continental breakfast is basically cereal and toast, but I had pastries awaiting me at a conference so that didn't bother me :) Also, the dark blinds shown in the lounge/diner/kitchen pic are actually thin and white, and it didn't feel overly private at night with the lights on and a reasonably busy street. I was fine personally, but something to bear in mind depending on your preference.Quibbles aside, it was a much nicer environment than a cramped hotel room. The lady who checked me in was friendly and helpful and checking out couldn't have been any easier. The free wifi worked. The bed was comfy. I wasn't bothered by light, temperature or noise.Basically, given what you can pay for a hotel room in London there could have been one or two more imperfections and you still couldn't really complain.I'll definitely look this place up next time I need a room. And I'll remember to pack a teatowel.

a nice place for reasonable money. The service is very helpful and quickly react to the comments and needs of guests. Breakfast is not fancy but sufficient in the morning. Bathrooms clean, but require repair. Close to subway and train station. Good place for a 2-3 day stay.

I booked the Hotel because of ist Location near Liverpool Street Station. The greeting by Francesco (sorry, I'm not sure about his name) was very friendly and uncomplicated. The room was clean and comfortable. For a short stay it was ok that the bathroom was down the stairs, for a longer stay I would book a room with its own bathroom. But it was ok, everything was clean, so all in all: a good choice for me.

The most remarkable feature is the location: 5 minutes walk from Liverpool St.station.Although the bathrooms are shared, they're always clean, as well as the kitchen.The staff is really nice and helpful.

I only stayed for one night, but wish i could have stayed longer. On arival myself and my friend were greated by a lovely man who introduced himself as the new manager who had obly just taken over. He has already made his mark on the hotel, he showed us to our room to the bathrooms and the kitchen. We had complimentary sweets, shower gel, ear plugs and shampoo. The room was a good size, had lots of funiature and was very clean. The bed was very comfy and it was easy to regulate the tenperature of the room. The bathrooms were all very clean. The kitchen too was very clean and had everything we needed. For breakfast we had a small brown bread loaf, a selection of jams and nutella, tea, coffee and decaf alternatives, areo hotchocolate, biscuits and 2 small boxes of a selected cereal. We also had a choice of butter or spread and full or semi skimmed milk. For the price we paid we got more than what we ever thought we would and were happily overwhelmed by the quality of the facilities and the service of the staff.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to metro stop. It is very clean and warm. Manager Francesco was very pleasant andhelpful and he advised me on everything i needed to do in London (where to go and how). Definitely recommended!

The photos are slightly more glamorous than the real thing, but my room was practically furnished and very clean and there were plenty of bathrooms which were also spotless. The breakfast was self service and plentiful, and there was a kitchen for general use, so it's a great place for people who want to save money and self-cater. The staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable, though potentially a bit noisy: easy walking distance from Liverpool Street Station, and in the middle of East London, which is really trendy and has some amazing street art to offer.

Beautifull, very modern and with nice beds. I love the decoration of every corner and how helpfull and friendly the staff is, they also speak english. I just would love if they hame more bathroons, but I understand that the space is limited. Overall one of the best hostels I've ever been.

I booked the 6 bed apartment for a hen night. It took a little while to initially find it and then discovered the doorway, not really sure what to expect. When we went into the apartment, it was really nice, clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and the location was great. Would definitely be back.

The appartment was very clean and well equipped: Everything was there and in good condition (except some leck in the water tank of the WC, that will be repaired). The appartment is located perfectly with only a short walk to Liverpool Street (Access to Stansted Airport available too!) and easy access to the East End. The street itself is well lively with many small stores (and even a market on sundays). We really enjoyed our stay and I give 5 stars.PS: But please change the phone number on booking.com! We waited in front of the door for multiple minutes and had to call the former employe to get in...

In my opinion, you get what you pay for. The rooms do not look like the pictures. (Especially not the kitchen) But it was adequate if you're just spending the night there. Very friendly staff, although we phoned the hotel 4 times during the day and nobody answered or called back (wrong phone number?). The hotel was hard to find (we were knocking on the wrong door... Beware: there's another number 43 in the same street... It's not that one! Keep walking and you'll get there)

What a great idea to give each guest an allowance of food and the freedom to make our own breakfast and wash up after ourselves!

We stayed in the apartment and in one of the double rooms as well.The apartment was beautifully decorated, and an ideal place to stay for my sister's hen do! The kitchen was stocked with milk, cereal and bread and jam etc which was a lovely touch.Tatiana greeted us and was so welcoming, warm and helpful, making us feel really well looked after!The other room wasn't aaaaas beautiful as the apartment, but a comfy bed, and the shared bathrooms and kitchen were clean and nice. Again the kitchen was stocked up with breakfasty things.Location is so great and central, really easy to get to! But be aware that Petticoat Lane market is right outside so a little bit of background noise in the morning.The only thing is just to make sure you have their number to call them when you want to check in as there is no reception area.Would definitely stay there again! :)Thanks again Tatiana!

Many thanks for that.Only one small recommendation: unlike in other London hotels I know, there were no adapter-plugs for electricity, so had to buy one myself to be able to charge my mobile, laptop etc. and to shave in the morning.

For somewhere to crash after a few beers, in a good location for getting about in London. Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Overall, for the price, it was as expected.

After reading certain reviews I was a little dubious heading to the apartment ,it is situated on Petticoat lane market right in the heart of Brick Lane it is not an obvious reception the door is sandwiched on a high street of shops and I was worried it wasnt going to be nice , this thought soon disappeared when I entered. I had booked a premier apartment which was unreal. I had lots of helpful communication with the owner beforehand who checked up to see if there was any assistance he could be on arrival he took me to the apartment showed me round and I was very happy , great complimentary snacks , facilities out of this world , very clean and modern ....great for a few friends wanting to get together or a couple wanting a nice romantic break away. I will definitely recommend this to anyone ....always expect the unexpected !!!

I only stayed one night, but was made to feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean throughout, tidy and the bedroom was comfortable.Despite facing onto the main road, I was not troubled by traffic noise.

Relatively affordable basic accommodation - cheap for the location. Clean, private, friendly and very central.

Monopoly Accomodations is as good as can be expected. It's fairly cheap, and therefore fairly basic. It had a clean room and a good bed. I will happily return.
